If you’re a big fan of blondies, try out this low-sugar recipe using white beans.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a glass baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top reaches a medium golden brown color.
