Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of Talia’s Almonds, sliced or slivered
- 1lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. salt
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add in the almonds and toast until they turn a golden brown color. Set aside in a separate container.
- Using the same pan, add in the remaining olive oil and green beans. Cook until the green beans change into a bright green color and have softened, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add in the garlic and sauté until fragrant, or about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the toasted almonds and salt. Stir to combine.
