If you love a little extra heat, try out this salad featuring our Fava Beans With Chili.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s Fava Beans With Chili
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. of parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Drizzle the olive oil into a heated pan.
  2. Add in the garlic, onions, and green pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Once cooked, pour in the can of fava beans.
  4. Season to taste with cumin and salt.
  5. Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Top with tomato and parsley and serve.
