If you love a little extra heat, try out this salad featuring our Fava Beans With Chili.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s Fava Beans With Chili
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp. of parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
- Cumin, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Drizzle the olive oil into a heated pan.
- Add in the garlic, onions, and green pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Once cooked, pour in the can of fava beans.
- Season to taste with cumin and salt.
- Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
- Top with tomato and parsley and serve.
