Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s Mushrooms, drained
  • 1-2 tbsp. of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. of parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. of thyme, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Pour in the canned mushrooms, olive oil, and thyme.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  4. Stir occasionally and cook for about 7 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden brown.
  5. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
