Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s Mushrooms, drained
- 1-2 tbsp. of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. of parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. of thyme, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Pour in the canned mushrooms, olive oil, and thyme.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Stir occasionally and cook for about 7 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
