Baked brie is an essential appetizer to have at any holiday party as a standalone dish or part of a charcuterie board. The mild, creamy cheese topped with tangy fruit jam makes it the perfect sweet and savory snack before the main course. This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make, including prep time, and only needs 2 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Brie
- 4 tbsp. of Talia’s Raspberry Jam
- 3 tbsp. Talia’s Almonds, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a small baking dish.
- Carefully cut the top rind off of the brie then place into the greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven then spread an even layer of jam over the top. Sprinkle with chopped almonds, if desired.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with crackers, crostini, or pretzels.
