Check out this recipe for edible cookie dough using white beans. Now you don’t have to worry about getting sick or packing on extra calories! If you’re vegan, just sub out the chocolate chips for vegan chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cashew or almond butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed or oat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients (excluding the chocolate chips) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
