Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s Chickpeas
  • 3 spoons of yogurt
  • Corn flour bread
  • 2 spoons of Tahina
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chickpeas into a pot and heat them.
  2. Reserve half of the water from the chickpeas in a separate bowl.
  3. Add 3 spoons of yogurt and 2 spoons of Tahina into the bowl of chickpeas water.
  4. In the same bowl, add in the juice of half a lemon, the crushed garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Cut the corn flour bread into small square pieces and place them on a serving bowl.
  6. Add the heated chickpeas over the bread.
  7. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chickpeas until everything is covered.
  8. Heat up some olive oil and drizzle that over the top before serving.
