Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s Chickpeas
- 3 spoons of yogurt
- Corn flour bread
- 2 spoons of Tahina
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- Pour the chickpeas into a pot and heat them.
- Reserve half of the water from the chickpeas in a separate bowl.
- Add 3 spoons of yogurt and 2 spoons of Tahina into the bowl of chickpeas water.
- In the same bowl, add in the juice of half a lemon, the crushed garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the corn flour bread into small square pieces and place them on a serving bowl.
- Add the heated chickpeas over the bread.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chickpeas until everything is covered.
- Heat up some olive oil and drizzle that over the top before serving.
