Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s Plain Fava Beans, drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 1 cup of parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Add the fava beans, tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice into a large serving bowl and mix.
- Season with salt, to taste.
- Drizzle in olive oil and top with parsley.
- Mix well before serving.
