Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s Plain Fava Beans, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup of parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the fava beans, tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice into a large serving bowl and mix.
  2. Season with salt, to taste.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil and top with parsley.
  4. Mix well before serving.
