If you’re a big fan of blondies, try out this low-sugar recipe using white beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. rolled oats
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a glass baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top reaches a medium golden brown color.
