If you want something different than fava beans, then check out this tasty recipe for a salad using red kidney beans.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Talia’s Red Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 can of Talia’s Chickpeas, drained
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 red onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. of parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, excluding the salt and pepper, into a large serving bowl and mix.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Do one final mix and serve.
