Ingredients:
- 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour the white beans, garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, and olive oil into a food processor. Blend until smooth or reaches the desired consistency.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you would like more spice, add in cayenne pepper.
- Before serving, warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley and more white beans.
- Serve with pita chips, garlic bread, vegetables, or tortilla chips.
