Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the white beans, garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, and olive oil into a food processor. Blend until smooth or reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you would like more spice, add in cayenne pepper.
  3. Before serving, warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley and more white beans.
  4. Serve with pita chips, garlic bread, vegetables, or tortilla chips.
