Ingredients

  • 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. of garlic, minced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp. of salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the olive oil into a hot pan.
  2. Add in the onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions have softened.
  3. Add in the beans, tomato, lemon, and salt.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
