Ingredients
- 1 can of Talia’s White Beans, drained
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of lemon zest
- 1 tsp. of garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. of salt
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil into a hot pan.
- Add in the onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions have softened.
- Add in the beans, tomato, lemon, and salt.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
